About me

Nice to meet you! I’m Laura.

I enjoy supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, suicidality, substance abuse, attachment trauma, and self-harm. I am passionate about supporting people of all ages to heal from difficult or traumatic past experiences as well as support clients navigating life’s unpredictable challenges.

I have specialization in Art Therapy as well as chemical dependence. Using art as a platform for talk therapy in adjunct with CBT, DBT, and other evidence based practices is where my ability to provide effective therapeutic connection thrives. I am LGBTQ affirming and support those with neurodivergence, as well as have been trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for individuals with a trauma focus.
My mission is to learn more about your lived experience and your strengths to help you continue to overcome life's obstacles and reach your goals. It is my goal to create a therapeutic, collaborative relationship to create a unique and individual treatment plan to meet your needs.
